If you are not satisfied with ADUI Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a monthly or yearly subscription.

Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if the service has not been used since the renewal.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.
