Terms of Service

1. Provider

ADUI (https://adui.ai) is provided by APLE (CEO: Rio JEONG, Business Registration No. 882-02-03698), Unit 404, Bldg. 404, 10 Dangsu-ro 129beon-gil, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. Contact: business@aple.io.

2. The service

ADUI helps cross-border sellers prepare export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping marks) and suggests 6-digit HS codes.

HS codes are recommendations only. The exporter is solely responsible for the final tariff classification, the accuracy of all documents, and compliance with customs and trade laws.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

5. Your data

Product spreadsheets you upload are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers. Product names may be sent to our AI provider solely to generate HS code and product name suggestions.

Exporter details, buyer address book and images you choose to save are stored to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, customs penalties, delays or losses arising from documents or classifications produced with the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
